Do palm trees regrow in stranded deep. If you take down a full grown palm tree its gone for good much like any rocks you collect from your island. Do palm trees grow back. It may just be one of the most crucial parts of stranded deep as they can provide wood sticks coconuts and palm fronds.

In short trees that are a good source of wood sticks dont really respawn in the game. If i place palm frongs in my water still and the still is full of water will it still use up the palm frongs fuel if i dont take water from the still or will they be used as needed. This means that you need to be careful about what you do with the materials you get from it.

Hi do palm trees that i cut down the fully grown ones to get their palms to make water regrow after ive cut them down or do i need to deforest every island i come across just to feed my water stills. The player will need to cut down at least one palm tree to make the plank station as a wood log is needed to craft it. Just like the ficus tree and pine tree saplings palm trees also do not regrow or respawn in stranded deep.

It is also the only way the player can get coconuts as the palm tree will always grow them.
